I am running OS X 10.9.3. I am using littletree76’s builds, and, at least for the recent versions (3.1.9.1 to 3.2.0 alpha) every time qBittorrent is opened, I get the "Deny/Allow incoming connections" prompt from the Firewall, even though I have clicked "Allow" the previous time the program was opened, and qBittorent is listed as "Allowed" in System Preferences (see the attached screenshots).
qBittorrent is Free Software (more than just freeware! Free as in Freedom) released under the GNU GPLv2 license.

Features and Screenshots Very lightweight. qBittorrent is officially packaged on Fedora. RPM packages are maintained by Leigh Scott. Mirror link: 32-bit installer / PGP signature (SourceForge) Large or obscure files can take a long time to download, so a good client should also be unobtrusive, sitting in the background and quietly pulling down your files while you continue to work. However, it offers significantly more capabilities than Transmission. The interface isn’t nearly as pleasant, but it’s easier to get greater technical insight into your downloads. You’ll also find support for DHT and PEX, and it’s plenty fast. But the ad-packed, mobile app “upgrade” business model is a total turnoff in desktop software. Well-loved on the Windows operating systems, uTorrent is also available for macOS. It has some problems, however. It’s ad-infested, which is not the norm in desktop software and should not be tolerated. The installer tries to trick you into making Yahoo! your default search engine and install PDF Expert, which is the kind of behavior you tolerate in pirated software because you know you’re dealing with criminals.
